We recommend that patients book a follow-up appointment after completing blood work, imaging, or other investigations to review their results.

The clinic may also call or contact patients when follow-up is required.
If symptoms are ongoing or worsening, please book an appointment.

Late, Missed, or Cancelled Appointments

Please call the clinic as soon as possible. Late arrivals may need to wait, have a shorter appointment, or be rescheduled depending on physician availability and the clinic schedule.

If you miss your appointment without notice, a missed appointment fee may apply. Missed appointments also limit availability for other patients who need care.

Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. We recommend giving at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment time can be offered to another patient.
